This week we have again an Ethiopian on our Anfim grinder: The Mokka Harrar. This coffee comes from the dry eastern part of Ethiopia and grows on estates on a altitude between 1700 and 2200 meters. The beans dry in the coffee cherry, this gives them their slightly yellow-gold colour when they are unroasted. This lot is from the new crop an tastes superb, full body and strong. There are some notes of chocolate and a hint of Louis Tobacco and almond.
